Positive emotions can affect overall health, immune function, and strengthen social support.  Complainers are more likely to attract other complainers and negative energy.  Eliminate destructive relationships as this leads to stress and tension which can filter down to your health.  Laughing and surrounding yourself with positive people will improve your life, make you feel younger and decrease stress on your heart.
