Today we’re coming to you with some easy stretches and strengthening exercises to help revive your posture. We all know how good movement is for our spine, so whether you have time for a full-fledged workout, long walk or a quick stretch routine… your body will thank you!
Working from home, working at a desk in the office or just tension built up in our upper back/shoulders… our posture can become very slouched and hunch-backed. We want to reverse that posture and open things back up again! These exercises are geared towards strengthening your mid back to draw those shoulders back and down, to sit up nice and tall and to release tension in the front of our pecs/shoulders.
