What are some tips to do before and during my massage treatment?
Power off the electronics. Take the hour to get away from the hustle and bustle. Diaphragmatic breathing (deep belly breaths), will help you relax quicker. Relax the shoulders, it’s important to take 60 minutes for your own health!
